At FemmeShield, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned with the original packaging
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned or refunded, unless the issue is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those situations, FemmeShield will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
